Gary Ng | Principal
During his 35 years of architecture experience, Gary Ng has worked with some of the most well known architecture firms here in the US. As a graduate of Cornell University, he leads fractured9 as principal and is responsible for setting the overall direction of the company. Gary’s extensive work includes the San Francisco Airport terminal, center SFO, and Riyadh International Airport. Gary has worked on client projects ranging from Bank of America Tenant work to the Gap headquarters, 55 Gap Store-build out.
Rajat Randev | Principal
Rajat has comprehensive design and detail experience in high-end residential homes in and around the San Francisco/Bay area. Rajat accumulated over fourteen years of experience in construction and architecture, working on university campus buildings and multi-plex projects ranging from 50,000 square feet to over 250,000 square feet. At fractured9, Rajat is responsible for the overall design and permit process.
Errol Ramirez | Project Manager
Over twelve years of experience in wood and light gauge metal framing, structural steel and concrete construction, Errol has worked with residential, commercial, hospitality and mixed use buildings from the US, Mexico and Costa Rica. At fractured9, Errol will participate on all project phases.
John Imhoff | Project Manager
A registered architect with over 35 years of experience, John has both residential and considerable commercial experience. A graduate of Oregon University and Architectural Association, London, he has worked with prestigious projects ranging from the northwest United States to London. John is in charge of managing larger projects at fractured9. As Senior Project Manager, John exercises excellent detailing and project implementation skills to ensure success of large commissions.
